Blue-Violet Rays.....

Here's a real entry for the first time in months! I used BFTE's Starstruck, which is a lovely bluish-pink duo-chrome shadow, with a bright purple Grape in the crease, and a highlight of Whisper, which is a shimmery beige with violet undertones. I used my MAC Studio Fix Fluid in NC20 which I think is too yellow for me but the MAC salesperson INSISTED was right for me. I was always NC15 and should have stuck to my guns, but didn't. Anyhow, I also used BFTE's blush in Blushing Beauty. The lip color is Origins Flower Fusion in Petunia. I also have been using Hard Candy's Stroke of Gorgeous felt tip liner that has lash growing serum in it and I think it's actually working! I just bought the new L'Oreal Voluminous False Fiber lashes mascara tonight and I've heard mixed reviews about it but will have to do a look with it.

I'm plotting my return....

After a LOT of pitfalls and tremendous bad luck, I am trying to make my way back to my blog here. I am getting ready to order new business cards which look basically like my old ones, but with updated information. I'm preparing my Beauty from the Earth order for Crystal. I'm really, really going to get it out there for 2012. I won't be able to quit my job or anything and do this solely, but at least get it going. I might be getting an actual camera for Christmas so I'll be working on portfolios as well. It's falling in line, but very, very slowly. Bear with me, gang, and I'll be back :-D

I'm still alive.....

I'm working on getting things back in order over here but facing a really huge uphill battle right now. I don't know for sure what's going to happen next but those few of you who follow me, I sincerely hope you'll continue to do so. I hope to have a real post up soon of some Autumn themed makeup looks. An indefinite absence.....

Well, some things have happened that I could not foresee happening. I will not have a computer for probably a good long while which means no way of posting photos of anything I do. I am going to try best to get a new computer or even get a borrowed one for awhile. I will be absent for awhile but should still be able to post with my phone to Facebook. Purple Orchid....

I was a bit inspired by the purple orchids that are gorgeous this time of year. I used BFTE's Starstruck, Orchid, and Diamonds. I absolutely love the sparkle of Orchid with Starstruck's prismatic effect. I am going to try this same type of shadow effect with other shades, just to play around.
